Well when I'm trying to log in with discord I'm getting error like account already exists.IMG_20201106_004753.jpg
 
I think you have to reconnect after the switch, log in to the forum normally, click on your username on the upper right to make the drop box appear and then click on connected accounts and then hit the discord to connect the account. Should be fine after that.
